Advocate Giriesh Chandra practises from Chamber Number 4A at the Civil Court, Bareilly, in criminal, matrimonial and civil/property matters. Practice
The chamber's work is in three areas. In criminal matters, it covers bail and anticipatory bail applications, petitions to quash an FIR, and the conduct of trials before the Magistrate and Sessions Courts. In matrimonial and family matters, contested and mutual-consent divorce, maintenance, child custody, and proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. In civil and property matters, title and declaration suits, partition, possession, and injunctions.

There is one chamber, at Bareilly. Matters at Prayagraj and Delhi are prepared there and attended by travelling.

Clients from Bareilly, Rampur, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur and Budaun are represented from the Bareilly chamber. Each of those districts has its own court, and where local counsel would serve a client better, that is said at the outset.
