This website carries no advertising, no tracking pixels and no third-party social media scripts. It runs no client-side JavaScript.
- Enquiry form. If you use the enquiry form, the name, telephone number, email address, district, matter type and description you enter are transmitted so that the enquiry can be answered. Nothing else is collected from the form.
- Server logs. The hosting provider records standard request information, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used for security and to keep the site running.
What is not done with it
Information you provide is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing. It is used to respond to your enquiry and for no other purpose.
Confidentiality before engagement
Information sent through this website before an engagement has been confirmed is not covered by advocate–client privilege. Please do not send confidential material until an engagement has been agreed. See the disclaimer.
Retention and removal
Enquiries are retained only for as long as is needed to deal with them, or as required by law. To have an enquiry and the information in it deleted, write to girisaxena99@gmail.com and it will be removed.
